3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer local delivery in Las Vegas and ship select items via UPS or other carriers.

  • Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or inventory status.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any redelivery due to incorrect address may incur additional fees.

4. Returns and Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is outlined in our Refund Policy. Returns must follow our guidelines, including restocking fees and timelines. Custom, special order, and bedding items are non-returnable. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return or report a defect.

We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. However, due to lighting, screen resolution, and manufacturer updates, some items may vary slightly in color or appearance. Measurements are approximate and should be confirmed before ordering if fit is critical.
