Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Las Vegas, NV and Los Angeles, CA, including surrounding areas. Many items can also be shipped nationwide — just add the item to your cart to see if free shipping is available.
If free shipping isn’t listed, send us a text or email, and we’ll get you a custom shipping quote within 24 hours.

How Does Delivery Work in Las Vegas?
For Las Vegas deliveries, we personally handle everything — no third-party delivery companies.
We make regular trips to California three times a week (typically Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) to pick up customer orders from our warehouse partners.
Once we’ve picked up your furniture, we will contact you to schedule a delivery time that works best for you.
Please note:
Someone must be home to receive and sign for the delivery.
We cannot leave furniture unattended at the door due to the value and nature of the items.

How much is delivery and assembly?
Delivery fees vary by location. Assembly services are available in select areas. Here’s a breakdown:

If you're unsure which delivery zone you fall into, please contact us before placing your order. If the wrong area is selected at checkout, the order will need to be canceled and re-submitted with the correct delivery fee.

How Does Delivery Work in California and for Nationwide Shipping?
California Deliveries
For deliveries within California, we use a trusted third-party logistics company called Giga Cloud Logistics.
Once your order is placed, we schedule the delivery with them on your behalf. You will typically receive an email within 48 hours to select a delivery date that works best for you.
Important:
Giga Cloud does charge a rescheduling fee if you need to change your delivery date after confirming it. This fee is your responsibility.
You will receive a delivery time window approximately 1–2 days before your scheduled delivery.
If you've requested assembly service, please make sure:

Any pets are secured to ensure a smooth and safe experience for both your family and the delivery team
Nationwide Shipping (Outside CA & NV)
For nationwide shipping, we work with a partner who provides multiple carrier options to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery possible.

Once you request a shipping quote, we’ll compare rates and transit times and provide you with a few options, we then will work together to choose the best option for your location and item size.

Depending on where you're located, delivery can take up to 30 days.
When we send your shipping quote, we’ll include all the details—carrier name, estimated delivery time, and tracking info once your order ships.

What does "Free Delivery" include?
Free delivery includes drop-off only to the front door or curbside.
It does not include unpacking, setup, or assembly unless otherwise noted.
White Glove Service is available in select areas for an additional fee.

In the Las Vegas area, we do not offer White Glove service directly, but we can recommend trusted companies other customers have used with great results.
Pricing for White Glove delivery depends on the size of your order and your location. Please contact us for a custom quote.
What if I receive something damaged or incorrect?
All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse in Los Angeles. While we take every precaution to ensure accuracy and care, mistakes can occasionally happen during packing or transit.
We want to be clear:
We do not send out damaged products on purpose, and we truly care about your experience. Sometimes warehouse teams make human errors — and we’re here to fix it fast.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

We will quickly work with the manufacturer to repair, replace, or resolve the issue at no cost to you
We appreciate your understanding and will always work to make things right as fast as possible.
Do you offer nationwide shipping? Why does it cost extra sometimes?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping on many items.
However, prices vary based on size, weight, and delivery location.
We don’t include shipping in our item prices because we primarily cater to Las Vegas and Los Angeles areas, where we can offer local delivery at low or no cost. This keeps our product prices transparent and fair.
Some websites offer “free shipping” but hide the cost in higher prices. We prefer to show you what you're paying for honestly and up front.
All items ship from our Los Angeles-area warehouses.
If a product qualifies for free nationwide shipping, it will be clearly listed on the item page.

Rescheduling Your Delivery
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule your delivery, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
For California deliveries through Giga Cloud Logistics, a rescheduling fee may apply — this is a fee set by the delivery carrier and is the customer’s responsibility.
For Las Vegas deliveries, we will do our best to accommodate your new requested time. However, last-minute changes may delay your delivery until our next available route.

Home Preparation & Measuring
To ensure a smooth delivery and assembly experience:

Please measure doorways, hallways, and stairwells ahead of time to confirm your furniture will fit.

Clear the area where the furniture will be placed — especially for White Glove Assembly.

Pets should be safely secured during delivery and setup for the safety of both your furry friends and our team.

If you live in an apartment or gated community, please inform your front desk or provide necessary gate/access codes ahead of time.
We are not responsible for items that cannot fit into your space due to measurement issues.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or scheduled for pickup.
After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, especially for items that are already in transit or scheduled for pickup from our warehouse.
If the delivery area was selected incorrectly at checkout and your order needs to be canceled to correct it, the original order must be canceled and replaced with the correct delivery information.
To request a cancellation, email sales@fullyfurnishedlv.com with your order number as soon as possible.
