1. Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not have a traditional showroom. We operate 100% online to keep costs low and pass the savings directly to you. All items are available to view and purchase through our website.
2. What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Las Vegas, NV and Los Angeles, CA, including surrounding areas. Many items can also be shipped nationwide — just add the item to your cart to see if free shipping is available.
If free shipping isn’t listed, send us a text or email and we’ll get you a custom shipping quote within 24 hours.
3. How much is delivery and assembly?
Delivery fees vary by location. Assembly services are also available in select areas. Here's a breakdown:

If you're unsure which delivery zone you fall into, please contact us before ordering. If the wrong area is selected at checkout, the order will need to be canceled and re-submitted with the correct delivery fee.
4. What does "Free Delivery" include?
Free delivery includes drop-off only (front door or curbside). It does not include unpacking, setup, or assembly unless stated otherwise. White glove service is available in select areas for an additional fee.
5. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, most of our items come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product. You will also have the option to purchase an additional warranty through CPS. Please contact us if you’d like warranty info for a specific item.
6. Do you price match?
Absolutely! If you find the same item offered by a competitor at a lower total price (including shipping and fees), send us the info and we’ll do our best to match or beat it.
7. What is White Glove service?

10. Do you accept cash on delivery?
No, all orders must be paid in full online before delivery can be scheduled. We do not accept COD payments.

We carry a mix of top-name brands and up-and-coming designers. To name a few- Furniture of America, Coaster Furniture, Acme, Mlily, Southbay, Modway, Poundex, VIG and more. Looking for something specific? Reach out — we may already carry it or can source it for you!
13. Who owns Fully Furnished?
Fully Furnished LLC is a family-owned small business, proudly run by a mom of 5. Our headquarters is in Las Vegas, NV, and all fulfillment is handled from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse.
We care deeply about quality, customer service, and helping you furnish your home with pieces you’ll love.
14. What if I receive something damaged or incorrect?
All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse, not from our own inventory. While we do our best to ensure everything goes smoothly, mistakes and mix-ups can occasionally happen — we’re human, and so are the warehouse teams we work with.
We would never knowingly send you a damaged item, and we take every issue seriously.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Please take clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll work quickly with the manufacturer to repair, replace, or resolve the issue at no cost to you.

15. Do you offer nationwide shipping? Why does it cost extra on some items?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping on many of our items — but shipping prices can vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item.
We do not include shipping in our listed prices because we primarily serve the Las Vegas, NV and Los Angeles, CAareas, where local delivery is offered at a low cost or free. This allows us to keep our base prices low and transparent.
You may notice the same items priced much higher on other websites that offer "free shipping" — but in most cases, shipping is just hidden in the price. We believe in showing you exactly what you're paying for, without inflating costs.
All products are shipped directly from Los Angeles area warehouses, and some items are eligible for free nationwide shipping. If an item qualifies for free shipping, it will be clearly stated in the product listing.
If shipping is not included and you’d like a quote, just email us at sales@fullyfurnishedlv.com — we’ll respond within 24 hours with your custom shipping price.

16. Why are your business hours limited?
I’m a proud mom of five amazing kids, ranging in age from 3 to 19. As much as I care about this business and every one of my customers, my children’s needs come first — especially after school when they need their mom the most.
That said, you’re still incredibly important to me, and I do my best to respond as quickly as possible during business hours. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding — you're supporting not just a small business, but a family, too. ❤️
