RETURN POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy
At Fully Furnished LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your item. Please review the guidelines below to ensure eligibility.
🪑 In-Store Furniture Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery or pickup.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all regular stock furniture.

Special Order items may only be returned if damaged during transit or defective from the manufacturer. We do not accept returns on Special Orders due to preference, fit issues, or change of mind.

Mattresses, box springs, pillows, and all bedding products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Accessories such as rugs, lamps, wall art, and table décor may be returned without a restocking fee if in new, unused condition.
Note: Fully Furnished reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any item not in “like new” condition, including signs of use, wear, damage, or misuse.
🚚 Pickup & Delivery Fees

If a return pickup is required from your home, a $60 pickup feewill apply.

Original delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.

All prices at time of purchase are final.
💳 Refund Processing

Cash refunds will be issued by mailed check within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Credit card refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the item is returned and inspected.
📦 UPS Parcel Shipments

For items shipped via UPS, returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all standard furniture.

Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours after the item is received and inspected at our facility.
📭 Undeliverable UPS Items

UPS will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be held for up to 5 days before being returned to Fully Furnished.

You will be refunded the product cost, minus original and return shipping charges.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in new condition and in original packaging.

Items must not be assembled, modified, or used.

Include your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with the return shipment.

To initiate a return:

We will provide you with an RMA number, required for processing your return.

If you're local to Las Vegas, we can schedule a pickup. Pick up fee is $50
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
We know that accidents can happen—whether it’s a bump during delivery or an overly careless driver. Please know that we would never intentionally send out damaged items, and we stand by the quality of everything we sell.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, rest assured we’ll make it right. Our team will work quickly to repair or replace the item.
