What does free delivery include?
With free delivery we deliver the boxed items to your front door or right inside the front door. This does not include any assembly you might need. We do offer assembly for an additional fee.
Do you offer a warranty?
All our products are covered under the manufacture's warranty. If you have any issues with your products please call us so we can assist you with any issues. We strive to carry quality furniture that wont have any issues.
Do you price match?
Depending on the product we can price match. If you have an item you want to price match please call our office or email us at and see if that specific item is eligible.
What is "white glove" delivery?
The delivery guys would unload and place items in the room of your choice.White Glove service generally includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials. White Glove delivery includes assembly, involving things like screwing legs into furniture, screwing in the side rails to the headboard, footboard, ect.
How much do you charge for "white glove" delivery?
Depending on the item and how many items you purchase the cost is between $99-$169. If you need us to assemble please let us know at check out or when we call to schedule your delivery.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major Credit cards, Debit cards, Paypal, Cash app, Venmo, Google pay, Zelle, and Cash. We DO NOT accept personal checks.
Do you Accept cash on Delivery?
Yes we do. We do require a 15% Deposit and the remaining balance is due in Cash when your Furniture is delivered.
Why are your prices so low?
We are able to keep our prices low because we only have an online store, unlike other brick and mortar locations we do not have high over head costs so we can pass our savings on to our customers.

DELIVERY APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
We contact all customers by text, email and/or phone to confirm their Delivery date. You must respond to confirm your shipment. We will call you as early as 7:00am on the morning of your shipment to confirm and to provide you with an estimated 3-hour time window. This is an approximate time which is subject to traffic and weather conditions. Our service technicians will then contact you 30 minutes prior to arrival.
RESCHEDUALING
We realize things may happen that require changes to your schedule. We’re happy to accommodate rescheduling your delivery with 48 hours advanced notice.
HOME PREPARATION
Please secure your home for delivery by removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the path or create difficulty with the delivery. Fully Furnished LLC, is not responsible for damages to items that could have been properly secured prior to delivery. Fully Furnished LLC, is not responsible for moving existing furniture in your home.
Please make arrangements to have old furniture removed prior to delivery. Have a pathway cleared through your home to the room in which the furniture will be placed.
MEASUREING
Before you order, please consider the size of your space in relation to your new pieces. Measure all doorways, stairwells, hallways, ceilings, entryways, and landings to ensure that your furniture will fit into your room. Make note of any obstacles such as bannisters, narrow entries, low ceilings, or interior walls that may cause issue with furniture placement. we will be happy to provide detailed measurements of your new pieces.
BASIC (FREE) DELIVERY
Basic or free delivery only include Delivery to your front door, for an additional fee we can assemble your furniture in the desired room and haul away any boxes and trash from the packaging.
DELIVERY PLUS ASSEMBLY
Includes delivery to the room of your choice within your business or residence. This service includes the unpacking and/or unwrapping of your item, It includes the assembly of the furniture and removal of packing materials from your business or residence. when checking out online choose white glove service or when placing your order over the phone Please let us know when we set up your delivery time and day if you need this service. there is a fee of $39-$199 depending on the item and how many items you need assembled.
EXCLUSIONS
Free Delivery does not include product assembly or removal of packaging, old mattress or furniture.
DAMAGES
You have (3) days to report any damages or defects to our Customer Service department at 702-570-3509. We are not responsible for damages that occur as a result of customers moving or assembling products. You must keep the original packaging.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order or delivery date you must do so before the day of delivery in order to avoid a 10% restocking fee. This fee also applies if an adult is not available to sign when we deliver since the delivery guy is not allowed to leave products without an adults signature.
